I could not believe that i spent one whole day at Immigration department in order to renew my passport. It was taxing and time consuming. My advise is to renew during working days and not during school holidays. I have to go again in order to collect my passport. Normally this process would take half a day. Plan your trip carefully to avoid frustrations due to long hours of waiting.
