I could not sleep properly last night due to heartburn. The antacid pills could not fix the pain. At 6am I took another antacid pill and swallowed the whole chunk. It worked finally. I managed to get some sleep but turned up late for work. I put the blame on tostada chip dips that I consumed at Chili’s yesterday.

Gosh, I am still craving for non healthy food. Wedding cakes, yummy malay dishes, chinese mandarin oranges, chinese cookies (of course halal ones) and tarts. I know I have to stop for now. I ate yummy pancakes before gym. Lazy day at the Gym, will do my best to do more cardio and lift like the old days.

I am now limping due to inflammation of muscle near my knee. I thought by massaging and warming up the area would make the pain go away, but i was totally wrong. My thigh was swollen and could not bend my knee and later realized that I probably did the wrong thing my putting hot massage oil and warm it with warm water.
I should not have done that…

Last night I put a big chunk of ice and I managed to reduce the inflammation. Now I can bend my knee and i feel a lot better. I walk slightly better now.. Oh ok.. here is why ice is good in order to reduce inflammation.

I have been accumulating extra weight since 6 months ago. This is due to tones of workload and some personal problems (ain’t tellin).
