These 2 days, amax wimax really suck. There is no connection at all in my place. I tried to call their customer support but no one pick it up. And even the others phone line has busy tone all the time i called.

What a worst support they have..!!!

Hi Mat,
Yes this is one of the drawbacks of Amax, I could not log in properly to secure web sites that enables IP session check. If you have that option please disable that. Another way is to request IP range from Amax (ip address used by amax) and put them in whitelist (server or firewall).

My AMAX IP always changed, how to overcome this?

My office system detect this as brute force + dictionary attack which i cant use the system while using AMAX. thinking to unsubscribe soon

yeah..if want stable then is streamxy.if want portable is wimax. If u want try amax aso good..because it no capping ..Unlimited download .I agree too. Amax better than 3g if your place got coverage. If u interested.As i known amax got the center at ss2 ,mj cafe. Can drop by there to ask more about amax. even can see the demo by sales person over there. I got dropped by there bfore..nt yet subscribe . u may call these guys.

Streamyx is more stable. DSL is far superior than Wireless.
For Netlynx, if you condo phone line by Time than you can subscribe

I’m considering to subscribe to Amax too, since it’s the only unlimited usage ISP (for such a low price) in malaysia besides streamys…May I ask u a few questions?
1. How is it compare to streamyx 1Mbps package in terms of speed and stability? Isn’t wimax suppose to be faster than broadband?
2. Never heard of Netlynx..where’s their website?
